Altadena Community Center
The Altadena Community Center was established as a public-private partnership to provide the community with a facility to serve its major civic organizations. Simpson & Simpson provided project and construction management service on this $1.9 million project situated on a tight 1.1-acre site. The 7,200 square-foot facility houses a kitchen, reception lobby and conference rooms for the City Council, Chamber of Commerce and other user groups.
