Cerritos Regional Park General Improvements
Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting, Inc. provided construction management services to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works for the $9.3 million renovation of the City of Cerritos Regional Park. This community project renovated 35 acres of turf including installation of a new irrigation and automatic fertilization system, additional plants and trees, decorative stone planters, new picnic tables, additional lighting, restroom building upgrades, renovated parking lots and a new 60-vehicle parking lot.
