Simpson & Simpson is providing project control and document control services as part of a joint venture team for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Center redevelopment project. Currently under construction, this $350 million design-build project consists of a new Multi-service Ambulatory Care Center and renovation of the Inpatient Tower.
Utilizing a web-based collaboration platform, project information such as construction status, budget reviews, BIM data and other key performance indicators are available in real time to project stakeholders.
