Palmdale Sheriff’s Station

Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting, Inc. provided project management and construction management services to the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works for the construction of a $17 million sheriff’s station in the city of Palmdale. The project consists of a 50,000 square foot building housing sheriff department personnel along with an armory, community room, gymnasium and emergency operations area. A separate vehicle maintenance building, heliport, communication tower, 96-hour detention jail and parking lot were also included in the project.
