Ruben Ingold Park Improvements

Simpson & Simpson provided project and construction management services on this $3.2 million project to stabilize the hillside and replace the deteriorated asphalt jogging path with resilient recycled rubber surfacing at this park located in Baldwin Hills.

Improvements also included new landscaping of the affected hillside, replacement of chain link fencing, new equipment at exercise stations, replacement of park lighting and irrigation systems, new signage and ADA upgrades to restroom facilities and park entrances.
