Del Aire Park General Improvements

Simpson & Simpson provided project/construction management services for general improvements at Del Aire Park in the city of Hawthorne. Park improvements included renovation of the gymnasium with new air conditioning units, roofing, interior lighting, security system and renovation of staff offices. The existing 4,000 square-foot recreation center was also completely renovated, including the addition of air conditioning and installation of a new roof, and was expanded to add 1,400 square feet of multi-purpose space. Open space areas received new irrigation and landscaping, improved water drainage systems and security fencing.
