Santa Monica High School Science & Technology Building

The Science & Technology Building replaced an outdated building at Santa Monica High School with a new three-story, 68,000 square-foot building containing 15 science labs, 18 classrooms, computer labs, auto shop, and administrative offices. Site improvements included a new surface parking lot, student plaza, infrastructure upgrades, and relocation of the sports field. Simpson & Simpson provided project management services.
