San Pedro Community Service Center

To adequately support program operations and services and make the facility handicap-accessible, the San Pedro Community & Senior Services Center received an extensive renovation of its existing 2-story, 23,000 square-foot building and construction of two new buildings: an 800 square-foot multi-purpose center and a 1,300 square-foot day-care center. Renovations included adding a kitchen, restrooms, and improvements to the lobby and building exterior. Site improvements included parking lot repair and new landscaping shaped to create outdoor gathering places and extend usable indoor spaces. Simpson & Simpson provided project/construction management services.
