Los Angeles Community College District Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) District-Wide Staff Augmentation

Simpson & Simpson has provided PM/CM services supporting LACCD’s $9.6-billion Build-LACCD construction program since 2008. In 2014 and 2016, we were selected as Campus Project Director (CPD) through the District’s MATOC to manage the completion of the remaining construction work at the Southwest College and Harbor College campuses. In 2019, were additionally selected as CPD to manage the remaining construction work at a third campus, Pierce College. Our involvement in the program extends to supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) where we provide personnel performing a variety of assignments including estimating, scheduling and cost control.
