Lawndale Library

Located within the city’s Civic Center, the 17,400 square-foot library was developed to serve the needs of the Lawndale community for the next 20 years. The library includes separate reading areas for children and adults, a career center, community meeting rooms, technology training room and multi-media viewing stations. The library also includes a prominent Hispanic and Chinese language book collection and a dedicated children’s storytelling area. Simpson & Simpson provided construction management services.
