The Broad Museum is a 3-story, 120,000 square-foot private development project in downtown Los Angeles that features two floors of gallery space to showcase the Broad Foundation’s comprehensive collection of art. The project also includes a restaurant, adjacent public plaza, street improvements, landscaping, and a subterranean parking garage. Since the project included elements that were eligible for reimbursement by the City of Los Angeles, the City selected Simpson & Simpson to perform an extensive certification of all reimbursable construction costs in accordance with the contract between the two parties.
