Congratulations to the City of Santa Monica on the completion of its new Historic Belmar Park! We are proud to have served as Construction Manager on this multipurpose sports complex that adds to the city's network of unique public spaces focused on outdoor recreation and community well-being. The park includes artistic and educational components that commemorate the history of the Belmar neighborhood, a historic African-American community.
