We are pleased to announce that the Alhambra Unified School District has selected Simpson & Simpson to provided Construction Management services for their $259-million Bond Measures AE and HS. The award-winning Alhambra Unified School District serves 17,000 K-12 students on 19 campuses. Measure AE ($110 million) is for modernization work at all District elementary schools and Measure HS ($149 million) is for modernization work at the District’s high schools. The funds generated from both bond Measures will repair deteriorating classrooms, replace leaky roofs, remove asbestos and lead paint, ensure safe drinking water, improve disability access, upgrade school fire and safety systems, and upgrade classroom technology.
